Shipping & Delivery

+ What is standard shipping?
 • Delivered in 10 days or less up to 5 units
 • All orders are Standard-shipped using ground transportation.
 • Allow a maximum of 10 days from order placed and arrival at your site.
 • Standard Shipping freight costs will be reconciled at time of shipping your order.
+ Is overnight shipping available?
If you need an item sooner, we offer a QuickShip solution for same day/next day delivery, please visit our Contact Us page as overnight delivery may be possible in select cases.
+ What is the Bill To number?
The customer Bill To Number appears in the header section of the Trade Document sent by Emerson Automation Solutions: Acknowledgments and Invoices. It is the 8-digit number in the top-right of the ‘sold to’ box, containing your company name and address.

Changing or Canceling an Order

+ Can I change an order once it has been placed?
